An application for collecting, verifying and analyzing data on various KPI’s and site visit reports to ensure effective monitoring and implementation. The application is used by Assistant Manager Monitoring and Monitoring Executive and their responses are submitted to District Managers who ensure effective rectification of any discrepancies.
b. Indicator Point System:
PHFMC has developed an Indicator Point System (IPS) which, at its core, serves the purpose of relevant monitoring and evaluation of health facilities, by regional managers. These indicators have been grouped into knockdown indicators (Emergency tray, electricity connection etc.), facility basic indicators (privacy of patients, water disposal etc.), facility outlook indicators (road-side signs, important displays etc.) and general indicators (district code, facility name etc.)
c. MHU Monitoring Portal:
The portal will be used to consolidate and monitor all data relating to MHUs using one platform, for example, knock down criteria reports and general indicator reports. Furthermore, the portal enables us to view Live Feed of MHUs using CCTV Cameras and to track their travel progress using GPS Technology. Monthly MHU Deployment plans will also be shared on this portal to ensure effective Patient referral system between the health facilities in a particular district. . Show Less !
